Default question about adding Thule 400XT to Ford F150 cab roof to carry a canoe
I would like to carry a 16 ft canoe on the the cab roof only on my 2006 Ford F150 Super Crew with out using a goal post on the trailer hitch, will this work? Also I currently have a Thule 400XT foot pack from another vehicle. Will this fit the 2006 F150 crew cab with a new Thule Fit Kit and new longer load bars?

Default Use Thule 2140 Fit Kit Clips and a pair of Thule 58 inch load bars
No problem installing your current Thule 400XT foot pack on your 2006 Ford F-150 Super Crew. You will need the set of four Thule 2140 Fit Kit Clips and a pair of Thule 58 inch load bars to go along with your Foot Pack. There will also be enough distance between the front and rear load bars to safely carry a canoe.
