Hope other Thule Rack owners find this post helpful! I just ordered a spare Thule lock cylinder that matches my current set of Thule locks and keys. Very psyched that I didn't have to order new locks with a different key just for one lock I had to replace on one of the bike racks!

Thanks for the info drasticO!!! I had a broken lock and was finally able to replace it with a lock that matches the number code of my other locks. Further, I found out I could also get new replacement key that also match my locks! I lost a key a while back and have been desperately hanging on to the last one I have. Now I 'll have a couple of backups. Here's the link for anyone else that has lost a thule key or needs some spare keys...
