I presently own the Thule Xsporter. I'm a carpenter and I bought it for commercial uses (ladders, lumber, etc) so I removed the rubber inserts and installed the load stops. To my surprise this thing whistles like CRAZY, you can here me coming from MILES, its awful. I also bought it because I liked the flexibility of being able to raise an lower the racks. And when I saw the XK1 adapter for 05+ Tacomas I was excited. AGAIN I was disappointed to find out that the rack would not go into the low position, it hits the side of the bed. Why make a adapter for Tacomas if it doesn't fit

? So big thumbs down on the XSPORTER! Thule really dropped the ball on the R/D on this one.
So long story short, after all the stress of the Xsporter. I have decided to get rid of it an try the new THULE 375, from the professional series. Does anyone have any reviews of this one? Does it whistle with the load stops in?? Any help would be much appriciated ! Thanks!
