Job Title: Strategic Inside Sales
Position Summary:
Inno, a division of CarMate USA, is currently seeking a full time Strategic Inside Sales Representative to work in our Torrance, CA office.
CarMate is the largest manufacturer of automotive accessories in Japan. Inno Advanced Car racks has been manufacturing a complete line of the most innovative and technologically advanced car racks for the active sports enthusiast for over 30 years. We seek an enthusiastic, well organized, Strategic Inside Sales representative to help continue to growth in the USA.
Primary Responsibilities:
POSITION
The Strategic inside Sales member has primary responsibilities for developing, implementing new sales and increasing sales to key national and regional accounts. He/she will be calling on key accounts and developing and implementing a strategy to develop new business relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience selling to national, regional and dealer accounts in the sporting goods retail channel. Experience in the sports rack/cargo management industry is a strong plus.
Identify, develop and maintain relationships with current and future customers.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within customers as appropriate.
Strive to provide superior sales service to key customers.

REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS Degree required.
Minimum of 3-5 years successful selling experience
Experience with growing brands a plus.
Team oriented with excellent organizational skills adept at handling multiple tasks.
Must be comfortable in a collaborative and consensus-oriented organization
Travel maybe required including attendance at trade shows (Interbike, SEMA, Outdoor Retailer, SIA
)
Must be a self-starter
