finding a canoe rack for carrying gheenoe canoe on 2007 nissan armada car rack bars

I have a gheenoe canoe (see the gheenoe canoe at http://www.gheenoe.net/fifteenfour.html) and I thought I could use the Thule 897XT Hullavator to easily load it onto the rack and get it onto the roof of my 2007 Nissan Armada roof rack bars. But I'm told the Thule Hullavater won't work on factory rack crossbars and it is only compatible with kayaks, not canoes. Does anyone have any recommendations for what I can use as a canoe rack alternative to get the canoe easily loaded onto the 07 Nissan Armada roofrack bars?

A great setup is...

1) Malone BigFoot canoe rack which mounts directly to factory rack crossbars. The Yakima canoe rack and Thule canoe rack cannot mount to factory cross bars. The Malone BigFoot canoe rack is a superb solution for factory racks.

2) Install the Yakima ShowBoat canoe roller system to your factory bars. This is an excellent apparatus for making it very easy to roll your gheenoe canoe right up onto the Malone BigFoot canoe rack. The Yakima ShowBoat telescopes out over the back of your car when you need to roll the canoe up onto or off of the canoe rack. Then you retract the ShowBoat back into its storage position during transport.
