Default Need a 2005 Honda Accord surfboard rack recommendation

I need a quick answer to how I can set up a 2005 Honda Accord surfboard rack for carrying two surfboards on the car rooftop. I'm leaving for Mexico next week and I gotta place an order soon!

Default Yakima StrapThang to the Q Towers is a fine 2005 Honda Accord surfboard rack

Your 2005 Honda Accord roof rack set up will be a little different than others because you need to different pairs of Q Clips for the multi-purpose base rack system. Most cars use a set of four of the same Q Clips. However the 2005 Honda Accord has a curved rooftop that requires two separate pairs of Q Clips. When you order the Q Tower base roof rack system (required for your car) be sure to get a pair of the Q6 clips and another pair of the Q83 clips. These will allow you to correctly install the Q Tower base rack system to the car roof top. A pair of 50inch cross bars will also be included. These connect to the four upright Q Towers.

You can then connect the Yakima StrapThang surfboard rack to the cross bars. The Strap Thang surfboard carrier can carry two surfboards. FYI you should also get a pair of cross bar pads to work with the StrapThang. That way the surfboards won't rest on the cross bar.
