no 2005 vw touareg ski rack for factory rack made by Thule Racks?

I'm interested in the new Thule ski racks that attach to factory roof racks. However I checked out the online Thule Racks fit guide and it showing no option for a 2005 VW Touareg factory ski rack mount option. Is this true and do I need to look into other options / ski rack companies that offer VW Touareg ski rack models for the factory rack crossbars?

Yeah beware of the Thule Racks fit guide, it's got a lot of glitches and many times there are sanctioned fits that don't show up in the fit guide results. I'd suggest contacting a Thule Racks dealer so you can doublecheck with their Thule dealer fit guide book version. And your Volkswagen Touareg ski rack question is a great example. Actually, all of Thule Racks new ski rack models - the 91726, 91725 and 91724 all attach directly to your Volkswagon Toureg factory roof rack crossbars. They also come with a pair of locks to lock your skis inside the ski rack.
