what components needed for 2006 Honda CRV roof rack (no crossbars installed)

I already have 48 inch cross bars from a Yakima rack set up on a Mazda 6. I want to install a roof rack on my 2006 Honda CR-V and wondering what I'll need to connect to the siderails so i can connect my Yakima cargo box and bike racks.

Good thing you asked this before buying qBERT! It took me a while to figure this out for my Honda CR-V but unfortunately you will have to remove your factory rack side rails. The good news is this is very easy to do. They snap off and you simply insert four Yakima #8 Landing Pads into the points in the roof where the siderails were attached. You will then snap on a set of four Yakima Control Towers to the Landing pads. Then connect your current Yakima crossbars as usual to the Control Towers and you are all set. The instructions do a really good job of explaining how this works, as opposed to my crappy explanation. Good luck!
