I don't know of any factory rack canoe carrier options that'll fit your Honda Odyssey factory roof rack cross bars other than the foam blocks canoe carrier kit that Riverside makes -
http://www.orsracksdirect.com/riverside-rooftop-universal-canoe-carrier-kit.html - The foam blocks mount onto the crossbars and then you slip the straps around the canoe and then the straps actually go through the car doors and around the top of the interior car roof. This get's cinched up really tight and then you just close the car doors. The Riverside canoe rack also comes with a pair of bow and stern tie-down straps to secure the canoe to the front and rear of the car. Yes this foam blocks canoe rack is pretty cheap but beware it isn't that easy to load up the canoe and get it secured (meaning be prepared to leave extra time every time you need to get the canoe loaded up). The canoe will also tend to shift laterally from side to side becuase the weight of the canoe is just too much often times for foam blocks and straps to handle. The canoe carrier does work just don't drive with abandon and leave exra time for loading.
I've seen many folks go with the foam blocks canoe rack setup only to come back later and trade up to the more expensive Yakima racks and Thule racks canoe rack versions because they are much sturdier and take a fraction of the time to get the canoe loaded up and secured down. The Honda Odyssey would use the Yakima Lowrider system or the Thule 450 Crossroad system. Both mount to side rails on the rooftop. Then you would attach either the Yakima Gunwale Brackets canoe rack or the Thule 579XT canoe rack to the crossbars on these Yakima and Thule base roof rack systems.
