easy load rack for Nissan Xterra 2007

I just got a 10 foot recreational kayak and need to know exactly what I would need to carry it on my roof. I am 5'4" so need an easy load system. I'm not sure what fits on the large side rails so need really explicit instructions as to what I would need. Thanks.
