2008 Saturn Outlook roof rack for carrying canoe and kayak

I have a 2008 Outlook with only the rails & no roof rack. Could someone please tell me what I need to be able to carry 1 kayak and 1 canoe?

For 2008 Saturn Outlook canoe rack / kayak rack system you will want to go with the Inno INFR roof rack system and choose at least the 58 inch length cross bars to allow enough room for both the canoe and kayak at the same time.

Your best bet is then to carry the canoe lying flat, either face up or upside down depending on what canoe rack you ultimately choose. And then use a j-cradle or stacker style kayak rack, which use up less room on the roof rack crossbars because the kayak is carrying on its side instead of lying flat. A really good set up is the Inno INA444 Boat Locker for carrying the canoe and then the Inno INA450 Kayak Rack for transporting the kayak. Both of these carriers mount directly to the Inno INFR roof rack cross bars.
