very cool combination hitch basket rack and bike carrier setup

I think this would be a really cool product for a hitch basket manufacturer to make. It combines what I'm looking for in a trailer hitch mount cargo carrier. I want to be able to both transport camping gear and luggage, fishing supplies etc in a hitch basket but would also love to be able to combine that with carrying a couple of bikes. So a combination hitch basket with a couple of bike racks mounted to the back of it would be a product I'd definitely buy. I'm not much of custom di-it-yourself type, especially not a welder like it looks like was done in this custom install. Heck, maybe there already is a product on the market already? If anyone knows of hitch basket rack manufacturer that produces a combination bike rack and hitch basket, please let me know!
