Is there a 2001 Mercedes Benz ML 320 waterproof luggage rack

I'm looking for a way to get music instruments (guitar), clothes, and other belongings out of the interior of my 01 Mercedes Benz ML320 and up onto the roof on some kind of luggage carrier system that is made for the Mercedes ML 320. I need a gear rack that has protection and is also waterproof. I would appreciate any help from someone that has experience with this type of setup.
