do yakima / thule roof boxes work with saris car rack cross bars

I currently own a Saris car rack that is installed on a Honda Accord. What I'm now trying to find out is if there are any roof boxes from Yakima Racks and Thule Racks or any other car rack companies that will mount onto the Saris car rack crossbars.
