have roof bag but no car rack on 2007 BMW 328i

A friend gave me a Thule roof bag that I plan to use on the roof of my 2007 BMW 328i sedan. The problem is there's no car rack on it already so there's no way to attach the luggage bag. Can I get a Thule car rack that has bars that I could then attach the Thule cargo bag to that?
