will trunk bike rack work with spoiler on 2003 Saab 9-3

Just curious if anyone out there can tell me if there are any trunk mount strap on bike racks that are compatible with my 2003 Saab 9-3 sedan that has a rear spoiler. There doesn't seem to be much or any info about this on any car rack websites. Thanks for any help.

A really good trunk bike rack that fits most spoilers including your spoiler on your 2003 Saab 93 sedan is the Yakima King Joe.
