Subaru Outback & have Yakima bike rack & roof rack components already

My issue is with the 2003 Subaru Outback wagon that I now own. I already own Yakima Q Towers, crossbars and bike rack (the kind that allows you to keep both wheels on) that are not compatible w/subaru factory rack crossbars. I do want to also add a kayak rack. Is there any way to reuse at least some of the Yakima Rack components I already have with a new Subaru Outback kayak rack & bike rack setup?

FACTORY RACK KAYAK RACKS
Good News! The Yakima HullRaiser Aero kayak rack is engineered to attach directly to your 2003 Subaru Outback factory rack crossbars. No need for any adapters either. Includes all hardware, 2 heavy-duty straps and a pair of bow & stern tie down straps for securing the kayak bow and stern to the vehicle. Allows for enough room on you crossbars to use along side a bike rack or two as well.

The Yakima BowDown kayak rack works exactly the same way as the Yakima HullRaiser Aero kayak rack except that it allows you to fold the upright cradles down when not in use so there are no possible overhead clearance issues when pulling into garages or low-overhang entrances. Attaches directly to your 2003 Subaru Outback factory rack bars too.

I highly recommend purchasing a set of the Yakima Universal Mighty Mounts for use with each of your current Yakima upright mount bike racks (the bike rack style that allows you to leave both wheels on). They clamp right onto your factory rack cross bars enabling your upright mount bike rack(s) to work on the factory rack crossbars. The Yakima Universal MightyMounts allow you to also quickly transfer them to virtually any other vehicle factory rack if the need should ever arise.

You do also have the option of mounting the Yakima LowRider Towers to your Subaru Outback siderails. You can then use your current crossbars with the LowRider Towers, and then mount your current bike rack(s) to these crossbars. You can also mount any of Yakima kayak racks to your crossbars as well.
