best 2004 jeep grand cherokee bike rack option for road bikes

I am interested in a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee roof rack to carry 2 road bikes. I have no other carrying needs. Ease of putting the bikes on the roof are the most important feature. Second is the ability to use factory rack as much as possible and third is my cheapest option that won't leave me picking my bikes up off the highway!
