Default thule 532 RideOn feedback for mounting to 2000 Subaru Outback roof rack bars?

Is anyone using the Thule 532 RideOn on 2000 Subaru Outback roof rack crossbars? I'm leaning strongly towards this option. I like it because I could attach fork mount bike racks (which I highly prefer over the upright mount bike rack models) to the Thule 532 Ride On and save $$$ by not having to get an entirely new roof rack system that has compatible crossbars to attach a fork mount bike rack to.

Default thule 532 ride on still going strong on my 2002 Subaru Outback roof rack

All systems go here! I got the Thule 532 Ride On to use on my 2002 Subaru Outback crossbars a couple of years ago and have never had any problems. You'll save a lot of money going this route, especially for mounting fork mount bike racks. FYI, I just upgraded to the new Thule 517 Peloton bike racks and they are killer. Attached them to the 532 RideOn bars in no time at all and can't believe how quick it is to load up the bikes. Can't understand why anyone would go with an upright mount bike rack, since traditionally that has been the fastest way to load bikes, when you can mount the bike just about as quick to the 517 Peloton and enjoy far superior stability than upright mount bike racks.
