Default seeking suggestions for 2 kayaks on 1999 ford f 250 that is towing a 5th wheel camper

I am towing a 27' fifth wheel with my 99 Ford F 250 super cab truck. I also need to somehow transport 2 kayaks and not sure about how to go about a compatible kayak rack configuration. Any other kayakers out there towing a 5th wheel camper have any suggestions for me?

Default thule 400xt is excellent 1999 ford f250 truck cab kayak rack

ok this suggestion really does depend on how long your kayaks are. If they aren't too long that they will hit the 5th wheel then I'd go with the multi-purpose Thule 400XT Aero roof rack system which is made to fit your 1999 Ford F250 super cab. The multi-purpose roof rack base system is necessary so that you can then attach the kayak racks to the base rack system load bars. The Thule 400XT Aero system includes four 400XT Aero feet, four FitKit 2173 Clips (these FitKit Clips are specific to your 1999 Ford F250 super cab pickup truck) and two load bars (remember that the 58 inch bars are the recommended length for your f250 truck's cab roof top). Once this is installed you can attach any of Thule Racks kayak racks to the 400XT front and rear load bars.

On a side note, in case you have a preference for Yakima Racks products, Yakima Racks has a similar base rack system called the Q Towers system. However, when used on the 1999 Ford F-250 super cab roof it does not have the same load rating to withstand a kayak rack that carries a kayak that is longer than 8 ft. For this reason I would play it safe and stick with the Thule 400XT Aero roof rack system instead.
