need 1999 ford ranger truck roof rack for carrying spare tire

I want to carry a spare tire on top of my Ford Ranger. Its a 1999 Ford Ranger super cab. It has 4 doors but the problem is the rear doors are shorter and open the opposite way (suicide doors). Is ther a truck roof rack available for this setup to allow me to carry my spare tire on the cab roof?
