does any car rack company work with 2005 ford freestyle roof rack siderails for kayak

I've heard that I can't use a yakima rack to carry a couple of 9 foot kayaks on my 2005 Ford Freestyle roof rack side rails because the design of the side rails makes them incompatible. Well this sucks is there any other company that'll work with the siderails???
