Default need 1998 Dodge Caravan ladder rack for factory bars

I've seen the Load Stops that some of the car rack companies make for carrying ladders. But it looks like they all fit only after-market roof rack system crossbars and are not compatible with factory rack bars. My problem is I have a 1998 Dodge Caravan with factory rack cross bars and I want to carry a couple of ladders (28 ft extension ladder and 6 ft ladder) on the factory rack. Is there a safe solution out there that will mount to my Dodge Caravan roof rack factory bars?

Default malone bigfoot is a great dodge caravan ladder rack for the factory crossbars

I got a great little tip for you caravanman, check out the Malone BigFoot canoe rack for your 1998 Dodge Caravan factory rack to carry your ladders. It is the only four point L-bracket system that mounts directly to factory rack bars. A very solid and inexpensive solution that eliminates any side to side shifting etc. The Malone BigFoot is marketed for carrying a canoe but works exceptionally well as a ladder rack too. Includes a pair of heavy duty load straps. You should probably get a pair of bow & stern tie down straps (see bottom of BigFoot product page) to secure the front and rear of the long ladder to your car front and rear bumbers as well.
