info on roof bag & basket rack to haul hunting gear on 03 chevy tahoe roof rack bars

For my 2003 Chevy Tahoe roof rack cross bars I am trying to figure out some kind of a basket rack cargo holder with a securing net and also a waterproof cargo roof bag for carrying hunting gear this fall. I also have 2 person kayak that I want to transport on the roof too. Is anyone using a system similar to this and curious what components are you using for the set up.
