I want to put my Yakima kayak rack and bike racks on 2005 Chevrolet Uplander

My 2005 Chevy Uplander doesn't have any crossbars, just the side rails. I really like Yakima Racks and I'm wondering if they have something to work with this set up so that I have crossbars to attach my Yakima bike racks and kayak rack that I already have?

Go with the Yakima Lowrider roof rack system for mounting onto your Chevy Uplander roof rack siderails. The Yakima Lowrider base rack system includes four Lowrider towers that clamp right onto your side rails and a pair of cross bars that connect to the four Lowrider towers. Your Yakima bike carriers and kayak carrier will attach directly to the Lowrider front and rear cross bars. You'll probably want to get the 58 inch cross bars to allow enough room for mounting the bike racks and kayak rack next to each other.
