2007 Chevrolet Tahoe roof box confirmed install: The Yakima SkyBox 18 roof top cargo box mounts perfectly onto the 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe roof rack factory crossbars. The SkyBox 18 cargo carrier is an ideal fit on the Tahoe and can be positioned as far to the rear of the roof as possible to optimize air flow while not interfering with the opened rear hatch. The only recommended alteration is to adjust and reposition the factory installed roof rack cross bars to spread them as wide as possible to better support the box. The Yakima cargo box accessories were also added, including the Yakima Cargo Box LED Light which screws in to predrilled holes in the box interior, providing light when accessing the box at night; the roof box pad which prevents the cargo gear from sliding around and shifting during transport; the cargo box net which further prevents any movement and shifting of the cargo box contents during travel. The Yakima SkyBox series cargo boxes are very impressive because of their good looking shapes, superb durability and full bevy of features.
