Default 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette roof rack needed has side rails and sliding doors now

I need a 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette roof rack. It only has the side rails that run from the front of the roof to the back currently. The 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette model also has sliding doors on both the driver side and passenger side. Not sure if this feature makes a difference with what roof rack is compatible with my car.

Default 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette car rack side rails need the Yakima Lowrider roof rack

In your case the two sliding doors make no difference with respect to what 2002 Oldsmobile Silhuette roof rack you'll need to go with. The fact that you have factory roof top side rails is what's important. Yakima Racks makes the super cool Lowrider roof rack system for your situation. This set up includes four Lowrider towers which attach to side rails. The set up also includes two cross bars (the 48 inch crossbar length is what you'll need for your rooftop) that attach to the four Yakima Lowrider towers. Not sure what you plan to carry on this base roof rack system, but you'll be glad to know that you can then connect any Yakima gear carriers (i.e. luggage, surfboard, snowboard, ski, bike, kakak or canoe racks) directly to the two Lowrider crossbars. Hope this helps and good luck!
