Audi A4 Wagon Bike Roof Rack with Yakima Lowrider Towers and Viper Bike Racks

Audi A4 wagon bike roof rack confirmed install: It was first necessary to install the Yakima LowRider Base Roof Rack System (with the 48 inch Yakima bars) to the Audi A4 siderails. This system provides the universal base rack platform with crossbars to mount the bike racks to. For transporting 4 bicycles, 4 Yakima Viper fork mount racks mount directly to the Yakima Lowrider base rack crossbars. The Yakima 38 inch Fairing will mount to the base rack front crossbar also, perfect for eliminating any possible wind noise that sometimes occurs when gear is carried on a roof rack system. Finally an 8 pack of Yakima locks was used to lock the Yakima Lowrider Towers to the Audi A4 siderails (4 locks used) and locking each bike inside each Yakima Viper bike rack (1 lock in each of the 4 bike racks).
