Default akayak trailer to haul your kaayk is another great option

You could also try a kayak trailer as another option. All you'd have to do is have a 1 1/4 inch installed at any local car accessory store or talk to your car dealer. The kayak trailers are very light and if you get one online they even ship via UPS, just like standard packages, and then you would do the final assembly. The kayak trailer has cross bars on it that you can then mount the kayak racks onto. So being very low to the ground it's a cinch to load the kayak onto the kayak rack then. The Malone kayak trailers are very popular. Most people then mount either the Malone AutoLoader kayak rack or the Malone SeaWing kayak rack to the kayak trailer cross bars.
